A lot of people, particularly about this time of year (how are those New Year’s resolutions going?) set out to alter their body image. 1 factor that comes up time and time again is that they want to look lean and muscular, even if they are not really that powerful they do not really care. The goal of appearing lean and muscular is excellent… if it is a prolonged term goal, just do not set out thinking that you’re going to totally change your body in 4 weeks of rigorous exercise, because it’s not going to transpire and will certainly stunt or end your motivation.
The human body has evolved over many countless years. It’s had to cope with occasions of both feast and starvation, different foods and a number of extreme environments. If the body had adapted to put on muscle really quick it would have meant the odds of survival in most conditions would have been difficult. For example in harsher parts of the world and in times of famine it’s essential for the body to collect as much energy as extra fat as it can, that additional covering of fat serves to both retain warmth and to supply energy when meals are much more scarce as compared to normal.
With all that stated it is still perfectly feasible to train in a manner that your body will put on muscle at an exceptional rate. Rusty Moore produced the Visual Impact Muscle Building system for just that purpose. Visual Impact Muscle Building uses three stages that tells you how to get muscles fast and get toned fast.
