I’m going to try to lose weight fast

I know you’re wondering why I’m suddenly thinking about how to lose weight fast. Well, last week I had a rare opportunity to climb a flight of stairs, and it did me in. By the time I got to the top, I was sweating, coughing, my face was red, and I felt like I would die. I had to get myself into the bathroom, splashed some cool water on my cheeks, and looked up into the mirror, and I realized something: I needed to lose weight and fast.
Actually, I’m starting to feel like I’m becoming my dad. He was a ferociously fat guy, with a warm sense of humor and a solid, good-natured approach to life. But boy, he was large. And now I’m becoming fat as well. Now don’t get me wrong, I love my dad, but I sure would like to avoid reaching 300 pounds. Because once you get that big, there’s hardly any turning back.
So I’ve been researching how to lose weight fast and easy. My wife is on board with me now, saying that she also wants to get thinner, which I think will make it easier to stay with whichever diet plan we decide on. There’s an almost unmanageable quantity of contradictory weight loss tips out there
I’ll keep you guys in the loop about how well the weight loss program goes for us. I understand losing weight will be difficult, but it’s now or never as far as I can see, so I’ll be trying hard to learn how to lose weight fast.
